RETURN POLICY

 

Hidden Crystals® will accept merchandise returns within 15 days of purchase. All merchandise must still have tags attached, clean, packaged and unworn. No returns will be accepted without an RA number, which will be issued through the customer service department. Returns must be labeled with the issued RA number on the outside of the package or the package will be refused.

Hidden Crystals® will replace all damaged Jewelry if accompanied by at least 75% of the original componets and has a RA number issued and label on the outside of the package.  Hidden Crystals® reserves the right to either repair or replace the merchandise at it's own descrition.   Hidden Crystals® will pay return shipping cost within the United States only.
